1. check 'Availability' of your selected cottage by clicking on
the left button above;
2. once you have confirmed availability, you can email or
telephone us (details on the availability screen) and we will
send you a confirmation with details of how to pay.

How to Book
For our cancellation policy, please click the relevant button above. We recommend all guests have appropriate travel insurance. We also request all clients read and understand the Terms and Conditions. This is a requirement of the booking process.
For the convenience of our European and Australian clients, deposits and outstanding balances may now be paid in Euros or AUD. Please contact us to confirm final payment amount if not paying in Pounds Sterling.
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. You will also have to pay a damage deposit which will be refunded when you leave, less any deductions for breakage, damage or additional cleaning; please see point 15 in the Terms and Conditions for full details.
